Prices are maintained in the back end and shown on the front end. Each price creates a bookable price period, which can be any length of time - a single day, a week, a month, week-end, or a whole year. It is these price periods that control the appearance of prices on the front end.
The booking screens allow you to enter full details of your client bookings including all their contact information, financial details, and any special requirements. When you enter a booking, the availability table on the front end automatically changes to reflect your availability. Bookings can be flagged as provisional, booked, cancelled, or completed.
You can select your base currency, and add as many currencies as you like. They will automatically appear on the front end, and if you configure the cron script, it will automatically update the exchange rates for you using exchange rates provided (for free) by Yahoo.
The Financial Report is generated from your bookings. It shows money received, money due in, money due out, and gross profit in your base currency.
The Schedule Report shows a selection of booking data that is relevant to preparing accommodation for arrivals. It is a huge help in avoiding mistakes and making sure the right information is to hand during what can be a very busy time.
The Lead Source Report and Lead Source pie chart measure the effectiveness of your various advertising campaigns.
